The AI reads every email and recognizes when it proposes or confirms a meeting, even if it isn't a formal calendar invite. It extracts the date, time, location or link and attendees, even when they're scattered through the text.
Does it sync meetings with my calendar?
Yes. Once a meeting is detected, JAAR can add it to your Google Calendar and link it to Teams, with the details already filled in. No more copying dates and times by hand from an email to your calendar.
Does it catch reschedules or cancellations?
Yes. If an email arrives that reschedules or cancels a meeting it already detected, the agent recognizes it and alerts you, so your calendar always reflects the latest agreed version.
Does it add events without my permission?
No. JAAR detects the meeting and suggests it to you; you decide whether to add it to your calendar. Nothing is written to your calendar without your confirmation, just as no email is sent without your approval.
