What is MailMindly?
MailMindly is a smart email assistant that uses 13 AI agents to classify, summarize and prioritize your email automatically. Connect Gmail, Outlook or iCloud and the AI does the rest.
How does AI classification work?
When an email arrives, MailMindly analyzes it with its specialized agents: they detect whether it is urgent, an invoice, a newsletter, a deadline, a meeting and more. Then it files it into your categories and shows you an actionable summary.
How do I connect iCloud?
The iCloud Mail integration uses IMAP with an Apple app-specific password, which you can generate in your Apple account. Available on all plans.
Is my email private and secure?
Yes. We use OAuth 2.0 and encrypt your data in transit and at rest. Nothing is ever sent on your behalf without your explicit confirmation, and we never share your data with third parties.
Does MailMindly store my emails?
We store what the agents need to work: subject, sender, a content excerpt and the AI classification results. Everything is encrypted and never shared. You can request full deletion of your data at any time.
How do I revoke access?
You can revoke MailMindly's access from your Google or Microsoft account at any time. You can also disconnect each account from Settings in the dashboard.
Which profile should I choose?
There are four: Student, Personal, Professional and Business. Professional is designed for any professional — doctors, lawyers, freelancers, consultants… — with invoice detection. Business is multi-user for teams, priced per user. Each profile tailors agents and pricing to your needs.
What is the difference between Basic, Pro and Max?
Each profile offers up to three tiers: Basic, Pro and Max. Higher tiers unlock more AI agents and more connected accounts; with Max, the AI does not just organize — it acts for you. See the full breakdown on the Pricing page.

Yes. Depending on your profile and tier you can connect from 2 to 8 accounts (Gmail, Outlook and iCloud, in any combination).

Yes, every plan includes a 7-day free trial, no credit card required.
What happens when the trial ends?
When your 7 days are up, pick a plan to continue. Nothing is charged automatically — we never asked for a card — and your data and settings are kept while you decide.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From Settings → Plan you can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the paid period. No lock-in, no penalties.
Can I create custom categories?
Yes. From the Categories section you can create, edit and delete your own categories with emoji and color. The AI learns to classify email into your custom categories.
Can I use MailMindly on mobile?
Yes, MailMindly is fully responsive and works in any mobile browser.
