Refund and cancellation policy

1. Free trial

During the 7-day trial no payment method is requested, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends. If you want to continue, you choose a plan.

2. Subscription and cancellation

• Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan, with no commitment or penalty.
• When you cancel you are not charged again and you keep access until the end of the period already paid.

3. Refunds

Because you can try JAAR for free before paying, we do not refund periods that have already started or the unused part of a month when you cancel. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, explained below.

If you were charged by mistake (for example, a duplicate charge or a technical error), we will refund it in full.

4. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you subscribe as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of subscribing, without giving any reason (arts. 102 et seq. of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

When you subscribe to a plan you expressly request that the service start immediately. If you withdraw within those 14 days, we will refund what you paid minus the amount proportional to the service provided up to the date you notify us.

To exercise it, email legal@postjaar.com from your account email with your name and stating that you wish to withdraw from the contract. We will refund the amount within 14 days using the same payment method you used.

If you subscribe as a business or professional for your activity, this right does not apply.
